Mrs. C.E. Case, aged 46, of Huntington Park, Calif., and formerly of South Bend, died Sunday in Huntington Park. She spent most of her life in South Bend until seven years ago. Surviving are her husband, C.E. Case; two brothers, Foster and Max Baker, both of South Bend; a daughter, Phyllis Jean, of Huntington Park, and a son, Richard of Niles, Mich. Funeral services were to be in Huntington park at noon today.

Obituary for Thomas B. Lang

Thomas B. Lang, age 74, of Rossford, died Monday, September 11, 2000, in St. Luke's Hospital. Mr. Lang was chief financial officer for St. Vincent-Mercy Medical Center from 1969 to 1990. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he was a member of the Northwest Ohio Korean War Veterans, and an active member of St. Vincent Retirees. Mr. Lang was past president of the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Health Care Financial Management Association. Preceded in death by brother, Jim; sisters, Betty, Pat, and Kay, and granddaughter, Roberta Lang-Burke, he is survived by son, Robert Lang of Bakersfield, CA; daughters, Marjorie Lang of Royal Oak, MI, Nichole Lang of Bowling Green, Laura Lang of Rossford, and Christina Lang of Asheville, NC. Also surviving are grandchildren, Robert Lang and Nigel Lang, and Chase and Lucas Heller, and great-granddaughter, Kaitlin Lang. Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maumee, on Wednesday from 3-9 p.m., where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Highland Memory Gardens, Waterville. The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association. The family would also like to extend their appreciation to St. Vincent-Mercy Medical Center and St. Luke's Hospital for their care during Tom's illness.
