Harley A. Dunnuck
Harley A. Dunnuck, 84, of the Cardinal Nursing Home, died at 9:20 a.m. Monday in the nursing home. He had been in the purchasing department at Studebaker Corp., Greenwood's X-Cel Coontrols of Mishawaka, and X-Cel Steel Fabrictors. he was born on may 18, 1897, in Bremen and was a lifetime area resident. On Aug. 24, 1918, in south Bend he married Mildred Turner, who survives with a sister Mrs. Barbara Gaylor Seaton of Granger.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William. Charles Hahn, former reader of the First Church of Christ Scientists, will officiate. Cremation will take place at the Michiana Crematory. Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until services on Saturday in teh funeral home. He was a former first reader, a member of St. Joseph Lodge 45 F&AM, and a 50-year member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund of the First Church of Christ Scientists.

Mrs. Adolph Schmachtenberger died Monday night after a short illness of pleuro-pneumonia. Relatives from a distance who attended her funeral were. . .Miss Margaret Farber of Toledo. Mrs. Salsbury and Mrs. Bishop are daughters and Miss Farber niece.
