Researching family of John and Mary BARNES, who moved to Woodstock from Bury, Lancashire, England. John was a wagonmaker/wheelwright in Woodstock until about 1857. His widow, Mary, returned to England after 1861. Their daughter Susanna (born 1840 in England) married William RUSHTON in Brantford in 1861 and died in Seattle, WA in 1923.
