In 1928 they moved to Detroit where he was employed with the Ford Motor Company in their Experimental Department. After his retirement in 1960, they moved to the Huron Beach area.Surviving besides his wife, are one son, George of Detroit; two daughters, Mrs. Harry (Ariel) Goodridge of Huron Beach and Mrs. Harold (Maxine) Hodges of St. Thomas, Ontario; one sister, Mrs. Gladys Gungel of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; three grandchildren and several great grandchildren.A prayer service was held Monday at 8 p.m. at the Gatzke Funeral Home; and funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Moltke with the Reverenc Herbert J.
