Rita A. Schmachtenberger, 70, of Broomfield died Jan. 9. Services were jan. 13, with burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Mrs. Schmachtenberger was born in Miola Di Pine, Italy, on Aug. 15, 1929. She married Russell Schmachtenberger, 1947. She was a retired seamstress. Survivors include brother John Cristelli of Denver; sons Daniel and Robin of Denver, Kim of Westminster, Christopher of Fort Collins; daughter Christine Fuentes of Louisville; 11 grandchildren.

Chester R. Dunnuck, aged 69, of 1315 East Victoria Street, died Tuesday night in his residence.

Chester R. Dunnuck, aged 69, of 1315 East Victoria street, died Tuesday night in his residence. Born in Atwood, Ind., April 25, 1876, he came here 36 years ago from Bremen, Ind. On July 8, 1919, in South Bend, he married Maud Lovejoy Cowand, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, Harley and Noble, and two daughters, Mrs. James R. Gaylor and Mrs. H.O. Porter, all of South Bend. Friends may call in the Orvis funeral home until funeral services there at 2 p.m. Thursday. Elmer A. Higgins, C.S.D., of the Church of Christ Scientist, will officiate. Burial will be in Highland cemetery.

MRS. SAMUEL FARBER. Ada, daughter of Benjamin and Susan Schmachtenberger, was born in Bryan, on Dec. 8, 1852, and passed away at the home of her son, Ben, in Stryker on June 23, 1941. On May 10, 1875, she was united in marriage to Samuel Farber. To this union were born five children, Adolph, Clifford, Benjamin, Margaret and Dale, her husband preceding her in death April 16, 1919, and Dale, September 26, 1932.
She was a member of the Glenwood Lutheran church in Toledo, Ohio. She leaves to mourn, four children, six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Alvin E. Bell of Toledo, were held in Stryker. Interment in Fountain Grove cemetery, Bryan.
